What a teleconsultation covers
Included
- General advice on diet, behaviour, husbandry and preventive care.
- Follow-up discussion after a visit, surgery or ongoing treatment.
- Non-emergency guidance on whether your pet needs to be seen in person.
- Questions about vaccination schedules, deworming, export and microchipping.
Not included
- A remote diagnosis. Physical examination, lab work, imaging, surgery, vaccination and medication dispensing all require a clinic visit.
- Emergencies. If your pet is collapsed, bleeding, struggling to breathe or poisoned, call 0325-8115457 and come to the clinic immediately.
- Prescriptions that legally require an in-person examination.
